Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
The following are the terms and conditions under which you purchase items from our website www.harmonydesignstudio.ie .These terms and conditions form part of the contract for the sale of our products to you.

PRICES
All prices shown are correct at the date of publication. Delivery charges, credit card charges and such other charges as may be applicable are payable in addition to the price shown. It may be necessary to vary the price of our products from time to time due to an increase in costs or taxes and Harmony Design Studio reserves the right to do so.

PAYMENT
You can pay for your product online via PayPal.  You can also pay by cheque, bank draft, postal or money order made payable to Harmony Design Studio. Your products will be delivered once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of Harmony Design Studio until then.

Harmony Design Studio uses the PaypalTM Service in processing your online order.

DELIVERY
Harmony Design Studio delivers via a third party within the Republic of Ireland only. Delivery of the product purchased to the address specified by you. Your order will be dispatched within 28 days from the date your order is placed. Harmony Design Studio cannot guarantee delivery for a specific time or date and accept no responsibility for disappointment, inconvenience or consequential loss. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Harmony Design Studio will endeavour to ensure that all products reach you in the same condition as dispatched. In the event that any product delivered to you is damaged, you must draw the damage to the attention of the courier and have same noted on the delivery confirmation. You must then notify Harmony Design Studio within 7 days from the date of delivery to arrange for a replacement which will be dispatched within 28 days from the date of notification, or at your election, a refund which will be issued to you within 14 days from the date of notification. Harmony Design Studio accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to person or property howsoever arising, including consequential loss.

RETURNS
You have the right to return any product within 7 days from the date of delivery provided the products are unopened and all packaging remains intact. You will receive a full refund less the direct cost of returning the goods as soon as possible but in any case no later than 30 days from the date of notification to Harmony Design Studio of your wish to cancel your order. You will not be entitled to a refund in respect of any personalised product.

SUBSTITUTION OF UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS
All products on the site were available when they were published to the site. However, from time to time, products, can be out of stock. In the event that the product or products you have ordered are unavailable at the time of dispatch, Harmony Design Studio reserves the right to substitute any unavailable product with an alternative product of equivalent or better value or quality. Should you be unhappy with the product upon delivery you are entitled to return same in accordance with our Returns policy and you will not be charged for the cost of returning same. Harmony Design Studio may contact you if the product you ordered is not available, to discuss which product you would like to substitute the unavailable product with.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
Harmony Design Studio has made every effort to ensure that the description and representation of every product is accurate to the best of our knowledge and belief.  The photographic representation of our products is intended to indicate the appearance and quality you may expect from Harmony Design Studio. Items may differ in appearance, arrangement and size from those shown on our website.

PLACING AN ORDER
You may order any of our products either through our web site www.harmonydesignstudio.ie or by telephone. To order online simply click on the ‘Checkout’ icon and complete the details requested. You will be asked to confirm the details provided before submitting your order. Any corrections to the details provided should be made before submitting the order. Once your order is submitted all details are deemed to be correct and you will receive written confirmation by email that your order has been received.

DELIVERY DETAILS
In order to deliver a product(s) to the shipping address chosen by the customer, Harmony Design Studio requires current, accurate address and phone number of the recipient to facilitate delivery. In the event of inaccurate information been provided, Harmony Design Studio cannot guarantee delivery and the cost of redelivery and any items, may have to be bourne by the customer.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions as embodied in the agreement for sale between you and Harmony Design Studio shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Eire.

COPYRIGHT
All copyright in the materials, photographs of handmade clocks and paintings, design and description on this website is the property of Niamh Pedreschi trading as Harmony Design Studio. Search
